why don't you try ordinary champagne with a drop of cassis? fabulous and you can put as much or as little as you want.

Hello - you can get some great pink champagne from Capital Drinks and one that I have tasted and recommend is:

Bruno Paillard Rose Premiere Cuvee

or something a bit cheaper but very tasty
