we don't particularly like dry wine, Isla Negra as it states on the bottle is 'Brut' so it's very dry, although it has got a fruity flavour to it.
We prefer Hardy's sparkling or Frexinet which are dry but we find more palatable.
Champagne wise, again we find Bolly & Moet too dry so we tend to like Gordens Mumm so I hope this gives you an idea of what it's like.
It's a blend of Chardonnay, Riesling & Savignon blanc.
Personally we wouldn'y buy it again, I only got it coz of the offer, but for those who like a dry sparkling wine - they would more then likely enjoy it.
