Champagne Storage
I've been lucky enough to receive a few bottles of champagne during the festive season, and was wondering how long I can keep them before they become undrinkable. I imagine it can be quite a long time if kept under the right conditions.
Any ideas?

(although after several years aging it will get darker in colour and more biscuity tasting).
Like all wine, if you're going to age it, keep it in cool dark conditions as a steady temperature.
Champagne goes well with food, including fish'n'chips (!) and makes a super aperitif.
No - its not necessary to store Champagne (or any other wine) on its side unless you're aging for many years.
