How to remain drunk for a longer period of time

Hypothetically speaking, If you were to consume alcohol in one sitting and then not drink for the rest of the night, how would you best make the alcohol last? Do not say you should not be drinking or anythign else, because it is just a hypothetical question, i do not plan to do it.

Alcohol is a poison and, as such, as soon as you consume it your body goes into overdrive to remove it. The harder you consume it, the harder your metabolism works to remove it.

You can maintain the level of alcohol in your bloodstream by continuing to drink but, as soon as you stop, you begin to sober up immediately. There's not a lot you can do about this...

What a silly question!
well, when you are quite drunk a good feed can sort you out, so if you dont want to sort yourself out, i would say avoid eating. but seriously, its not that good for you, so dont do anything silly.
