I cannot suggest any rosé but German wines classified as Spätlese (pronounced spet as in spoonerised "step", lese as in lesser without the second s or the r - definitely no ay sound anywhere in it; we know someone who pronounces it "spat lazy" !) or Auslese (slightly sweeter) are very pleasant. You will find the former in shops such as Aldi or Tesco, I am unsure where you will find the latter, probably in specialist wine shops.
A nice sweet red is the French Banyuls, although if you are in Germany and able to stock up you can find very nice and cheap sweet reds from Macedonia and Spain in such shops as Lidl, Norma, Penny Market, etc. along with both whites - all at around EUR 1.5-2 for up to a litre size.

Try these med sweet rose wines, from what I know they are the type of wines you will find in many of the London restaurants and bars -> http://www.justrosewi...sweet-rose-wines.html
