I have a bottle of whisky which is unopened but the problem is that I've had it for at least 15 years. Will it be O.K. to drink or will it be "off"?

Try it....I would say it'll be fine.
^^ I agree.
Some whiskey are kept as long as 25 years in the barrel before they're bottled. Yours should be fine.
Send it to me, I will carry out extensive tests on it and return any residue, unfortunately the the test procedures are very complex mean very little will be left
