What drinks alcoholic non alcoholic, soft drinks do you love or hate. I enjoy red wines, especially Australian or South African, don't like Champagne or Sparkling drinks, hate Shloer, for soft drinks like Cranberry juice your choices!!
Water
Chocolate milkshake
Cranberry Juice
Rosé wine
Elderflower cordial
grape juice
Lime juice
Soda Water
Tonic Water
Teas - white tea, green tea, roobois, ginger, moroccan blend
Peach tea - very cold
I don't drink (well not at the moment) but when I do it has to be dark rum as I don't like white rum. Dark rum reminds me of the days when my dad used to take me to a Wimpy in Tooting Bec for rum babas.
Non alcoholic is water, coffee or grapefruit juice. I also like to make my own version of schloer (sp) with grape juice and fizzy water.
Hate cold milk on its own. They used to force us to drink it at school and it put me off.
When I was in Canada some years ago,my friends(and their kids) kept trying to force "Coolade"(sp?) on me.
I had one (small) glass and that was enough.
It was like very weak ribena crossed with very very sweet lemonade,it was truly disgusting.
Mind you (for me) it would have been a good slimming drink, one glass of that and you don't want eat anything!
Yes it is disgusting - I worked on a Gatorade type product in Canada as a postgrad at McGill University. I came across Coolade and it came across as liquid sugary sh.t - couldnt even put booze in it as it would still taste yuk - even worse than babycham...
DT yes I too have come across Gatorade.
My friends ONLY drank Coolade, quite what they look like now I don't kniow!
I AM still in contact but haven't seen any recent pics of them (probably a good job too)
I hate the drink coffee, cant even stand the smell, but I love coffee flavoured
chocolates and cakes. My favourite drink is tea. When the weather gets warmer I
prefer fresh orange juice. I very rarely drink alcohol, but like the occasional glass of
white wine.
I cant drink hot drinks unless im in Spain and its a lovely decaff milky coffee with a brandy in a Tapas Bar -very civil.
Cant abide fizzy drinks.Must go through a bottle of diluting juice a day-love water as well.
Love a Cobra beer with a curry -only time i'll touch lager.
Cider -Savanna from SA -not gassy at all -lush.
Love a Cheeky Vimto
Red wine -like whisky to Red Indians for me :(
Love a Malt...way too lush -glad its expensive...
Cant go Bacardi
Dont mind anything else really.....
JJ,
Timothy Taylor's Landlord Bitter has won more awards than any other beer at beer festivals up and down the land. It is truly good stuff. It is brewed in Keighley, by the way - good Yorkshire beer......as if there is any other kind.
Although I can take or leave alcohol, I DO love a good pint of Guinness (But only in Dublin, the stuff here is nothing like the 'real' stuff!) And Good German lager. Also 'real ale' like Theakstons, Bishops, Goblin's etc
Hate Campari, Gin, and to drink sweet drinks like Malibu, but I do use it in desserts.
I also love a vodka and Schwepps 'Russchian' (kind od like a pink tonic water, very nice! - Have been known to drink the Russchian on it's own (did all over Christmas this year!)
