Easiest roast lamb
Last week I did the simplest roast beef ever. I simply cranked the oven up as high as possible and cooked the beef for 7min per lb and then SWITCHED OFF oven and left DOor shut for 2hrs. Delish!! Do you think I can do the same with tomorrows roast LAMB? Would I use the same time (ie 7min per lb) the lamb is a part boned leg. Tia.
