mercury levels in tuna

I read recently on this site that it is dangerous to eat too much tuna because of mercury levels. Can anyone give me a link to a site which confirms this so that i can prevent the evidence to a friend who says he'll "take his chances" with about 4 tins a week?

i thought it was farmed salmon & mercury? & then if you were having more than 2 servings a week
