What cooking oil is better for you, Sunflower or vegetable ?

They are both vegetable oils just different origins, other vegetable oils are most likely rapeseed based.  Not too sure which is better for you between these, but olive oil is better than any of them...........also more expensive though!

I would say sunflower oil is better for you as its high in polyunsaturated fat and low in saturated fat. Vegetable oil is blended so you can't be too sure of the origin. This website is quite helpful:

Look at the label. It will tell you the percentages of polyunsaturated, unsaturated and saturated. Other than that it is a matter of taste. Olive oil has quite a strong taste which I like but I would never use it for Indian, Chinese dishes etc.
