When you prepare nibbles for yourself or for guests, which nibbles do you tend to plate up?
I love things like Samosas, duck rolls, tempura prawns, thai bites, anything containing goats' cheese or sundried tomatoes and love to make my own chilli dip.
Alternatively, I will sometime do a platter of continental cheeses and pates/foies with crusty bread and little deli-style biscuits.
quick stuff like garlic bagel bits with a cream cheese dip, hot mini pittas with houmous, sweet chilli glazed almonds, and if I have some spare pastry some little cheesy tarts with olives and herbs in,
bit more time then I agree with the spicy options or lots of satay sticks and peanut sauce, chicken strips in a spicy coating, usually a mix of fajita spices and flour, and chunky potato wedges and sour cream
