Char-grilled smokey lamb kebabs with preserved lemon, mint, sweet smoked paprika and garlic, with flat breads and salad (fresh out of the garden, no e-coli and no human waste used!)
Chunky chicken kebabs with lime, coriander chili and garlic
CousCous with butter and fresh herbs, or pasta salad

Tropical fruit flan with coconut ice cream

The ecoli is now reckoned to be from bean sprouts..............

mixed chopped peppers, onion and cherry tomatoes, cooked in a herby, garlic, chilli tomato sauce,
with fried spicey chicken strips, in hot pitta breads

We had an early start today for hospital checkup, so no time to shop for our dinner. today, but we had Ham and eggs and mushrooms with beans with fried bread (I know not very slimming, the first we've had for yonks). followed by peach melba jelly.
