just discovered how to turn my laptop touchpad into a pen tablet!

its not great for drawing, but would work instead of a mouse or your finger...

i used a foam tipped makeup brush - not the flat sponge tipped ones, the rounded ones made with proper foam rubber

you soak the tip then squeeze it out, so its damp but not wet, and hold the metal part of the brush and thats it! some people suggest wetting your fingers too but i also found a damp thick foam makeup sponge - or plastazote, on its own works too!

i was looking online for various ways and many of the ideas were similar to this

does anyone have any ideas to make this more efficient?

i have actually just bought a graphics tablet, but thought itd be good to try this too

Graphic tablets are great. I have had a Wacom for the last few years, best computer thing I bought for a long time. What brand did you get?

i was looking at the wacom ones, but ended up getting a trust one...its an ultra thin one
