Gypsy tart

I've got individual pastry cases - and wondered if I could use these to make small gypsy tarts. All the recipes I've seen are for one large tart - the cooking of the filling takes only about 10 minutes, so how long should I bake my little ones for?

I would turn it down slightly and still do for 10 minutes....
Awww Gypsy Tart reminds me of home. I didn't realise they were regional until I moved away from Kent, haven;t had one for years. Enjoy!
