Anyone know the name of a a dish that was made for a rich and powerful man who had lost his teeth.
So his chef came up with something that he could eat with his gums.
It is a burger shaped dish made of meat and spices etc and it is minced multiple times than formed in to the burger shape and then cooked.

Thank you tamborine
I would call them cutlets rather that kebabs due to the method of cooking.
