I find it's especially good if you're cooking something cheese topped - you know how that sticks - or beaten egg - i bought mine from Amazon for under a fiver with a five year guarantee

Sorry for taking so long to thank you for your helpful answers - I've not been able to log on for a couple of days.
I had only greaseroof paper and unfortunately my pavlova stuck so we had eton mess instead.
As a keen recycler I like the sound of the reuseable stuff so I'll certainly be getting some of that.
