Does anyone know for sure - is olive oil actually good for you, or is it just *less bad* than other oils? Are olive oil producers twisting the benefits?
I swear by olive oil anyway but after reading that informative web page I now have scientific reason to! I think olive oil tastes a lot better than other oils anyway. It's one of my foods that I incorporate into my diet religiously, as well as honey (is good for so many things), yoghurt and lavender oil (well, I don't eat that but I still swear by it cos it can be used to cure so many things).
