I think everyone must be waiting to hear what culinary delights your having Mike11111, I've eaten though what can only be described 'as stuff in a can'.
I am actually going to make an effort for once. I have two lamb cutlets cooking slowly in the oven, to be accompanied with carrots, potato and cabbage. This will be followed by strawberries and double cream, accompanied by a side dish of rum and raisin ice cream. That's the plan anyway, but I will probably fall asleep after my sixth G&T and awaken to the smell of two cremated chops, fit only for the bin.
Tonight's meal is so boring that I can't be bothered mentioning the thick cut gammon steak with fresh pineapple served with new pots and beans fromt he garden.
I'm more interested in planning the lebanese chicken kebabs with flatbreads and garlic sauce that I'm planning for tomorrow, having been inspired by the previous 'Parmo' thread. A good kebab is a thing of wonder.
I'm going to stick a chicken in a pot with lots of spicy stuff and then serve it hot with new potatoes and salad out of the garden. Then it will turn into a chicken pie tomorrow and then a Coronation chicken for Tuesday.
Well, they have now, haven't they? I am just having some cheese and pickle sarnies but if anyone wants to invite me round for lunch then they can. Does anyone here have pizza for Sunday lunch?
