Truffle Oil and ideas

I've been given a large summer truffle, and I'd like to make some truffle oil, all the recipies I've found just say add the truffle to olive oil, but do not give the quantites. Any ideas

Also any ides what I can do with the rest of the truffle.

anything - some pasta, bacon, mushrooms, a touch of thyme or oregano, black pepper, some good shaved parmesan or even better pecorino and shaved truffle...yum

even fried eggs or a gratin dauphinoise, both with truffles......
