I would normally have bought a butternut squash, but saw these and was tempted to try it. I found it incredibly hard to peel and it seemed to take much longer to cook than the butternut would have done, glad I gave it a try, but it's now back to butternut :) oh I roasted mine with red onions, courgettes aubergine etc to go with cous cous and feta cheese, leftovers were used on a pizza.
