Pork and Cherry tomato sausages

I have some! But I fancy doing something a bit different with them, like some sort of meditereanan casserole? I don't fancy them as part of a fry up or with mash - any ideas most welcome - thanks

Thanks for the replies. In the end I fried some smoky bacon, garlic and shallot. Added 2 tins chopped toms, smoked paprika, balsamic vinegar, S&P and a smidge of bbq sauce - once it was heated up, I poured it over the sausages (which had been baking in the oven) topped with mozzarella for about 15mins - it was delish, nice and smoky with a bit of a bite! I just served with crusty bread.
