bread pudding

can you make it in a slow cooker? i found a recipe for it but i seemed to be for baby food and i'm not sure if it would turn out with the crispy top

anyone tried it?

btw not bread and butter pudding, i lost a bet last night :-(

no crispy top in slow cooker... I just make such a big one I can leave it on a very low oven over night mmmmmm havent done one for ages....fancy it now

look i didn;t know the thing existed till yesterday, i only have a convection oven and i don;t want to stick it in that for hour/half
