marinate tuna steakes in olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinigar and fresh cut tomatoes, fry in a hot griddlepan 3-4 mins each side and garnish with the marinade.

Don't over-cook tuna as it can dry out quickly and turn tough. Here's two ways. Tuna Terriyaki-style. Fresh Tuna steak 1/4 cup soy sauce tablespoon honey tablespoon finely chopped ginger 2 tablespoons oil Mix soy, honey, ginger and oil Pour over tuna and marinate for 1/2 hour grill for about 4 minutes each side, occasionally brushing the fish with the marinade, until cooked. Or....... for simple grilled Tuna: Brush one side with oil and grill for 4 minutes. Turn and brush second side with seasoned oil. Cook other side for 3 minutes, or until you feel it is done enough for you (many prefer it to be slightly pink in the centre). Serve with plenty of fresh lemon juice.
By far the best way to cook fresh tuna is to take it to a fish restaurent and ask them to cook it for you.
