Her husbands past has no bearing on how capable a baker she was, and she was too. I dribbled, and drooled through the entire series.

Me too, but not over her stuff, more inclined to the work of the large lady (I forget her name...)

i thought she came across as lovely and endearing, a deserving winner.

her husband was never mentioned in the programme, whenever they did the 'at home' segments it was just her and her boys, i'd assumed they were split up or summink. maybe this is why.

quite why they need to report thius drivel is beyond me.

She was a worthy winner and such a nice person .
I read an article in The Telegraph where she said that the production team knew all about her husband misdemaeanours from the off so I can't see where it's a scandal .
