can you lovely AB'ers help me out....for the sour cranberry bakewell....1) did any catch the size of the tart case that he had baked ahead of time and 2) for the sugar was it golden caster sugar? it looked "dirty" (as in not totally white like plain sugar....

it also amuses me that there are such discrepencies (or however you spell it) between "tv recipes" and web site versions and magazine versions....would be nice if we could all be on the same page
