I've got some cod fillets for tea and cos I'm not keen on fish I don't know what to do with them. I don't wanna make cod and chips or fishermans pie, anyone got any nice ideas?

Suggest you serve with mash potatoes with a spoonful of salad cream added and swede & carrot mixed and mashed with butter.

Mediterranean Cod
Roast some chunks of new potatoes in olive oil with salt, ground black pepper, oregano and basil...add some wedges of red onion, and crushed garlic halfway through cooking. Finally-add halved tomatoes, top with the cod fillets cut into smaller pieces, drizzle with more olive oil, season-and continue cooking until the cod is done-no more than 10-15 minutes.
