Just tried heinz new sachet soup minestrone where you just add water to it,it was bloody awful one sip and i tipped it straight down the sink anyone else tried it?

Years ago they made concentrated soup in plastic tubs that looked like a slightly larger version of those individual jam portions you get. They weren't popular. Part of the problem might have been that the plastic film top tended to tear when you tried to remove it, instead of coming off cleanly. The present sachets can be messy, too. Rather than pay 69p each (local Tesco price), I think I'll continue getting '2 for £1.00 Bachelors and Campbells Cup-a-Soups from the nearby Pound Shop.
