I saw legs of lamb being boned, stuffed and tied up. What is the name of the dish and where can I find the recipe.

Here is link for the BBC Food recipe finder for all lamb recipes - but there are over 700, so you will need to add another 1/2 ingredients to the search: http://www.bbc.co.uk/.../search?keywords=lamb

Use a lamb shoulder and fill with an Apricot and almond flovoured bread stuffing.
