How long do quorn [and meat] sausages last in the freezer? I have mine since July and am planning eating them tonighty

frozen food ...does it last longer than they say on the packet [eg once frozen eat within one month]
Quorn sausages say 3 months but mine are older!

They will be fine. Providing you freeze food within the sell by date - preferably on the day of purchase it will not go off - all that happens is loss of flavour - the longer you leave it frozen the less flavour you will have. Always defrost thouroughly before cooking unless instructed otherwise. ENJOY!

I found some quern sausages in the back of our freezer recently which must ave been there nearly a year. They were fine.

If you are worried just use them in a sausage casserole with one of those sauce mix packs they will be fine.
