9 Answers
Got quite a big piece left and need to use it up. We have had enough of it cold with salad and pickles, in sandwiches and with egg and chips any ideas of something else to do with it for dinner today? Any recipes greatly appreciated! many thanks and happy new year to you all.

Or fry it up with onions and parboiled spuds, add either smoked haddock or smoked mackerel and a good slug of cream and warm through. Top with a poached egg.
