It's roast lamb, roasties, carrots, broccoli, peas, sprouts and chestnuts with pancetta, gravy and mint sauce for us today.

A have a Condado de Haza Ribera Del Duero and a Californian cab sauv to accompany.

Maybe some cheese and biscuits later.

What are you having for lunch/dinner?

It's Christmas Dinner take 2 here but we do it tomorrow instead as everyone is too hungover for it today!

We have home-made pasta to start with.

Then Turkey, rib of beef and a glazed ham, roasties, parsnips and green beand done in chilli, garlic and olive oil

Baked cheesecake, sticky toffee pud and a cheeseboard.

I wish it was today because my hangover needs feeding! lol

I hope you all have a lovely day x

Was going to be beans on toast but a friend has just phoned and invited me round to dinner, roast beef and all the trimmings. No contest, she is picking me up at 1pm. Just hope I can stop my nose dripping by then.

Happy New Year too NoMercy. xx
A tin of Heinz Beans and a couple of pieces of toast. Yummy.

I'm having bubble, starting and fnishing with some Strongbow. NoM, and everyone else your dinners sound lovely. Tiggs, I'm so pinching that pizza idea, the kids are getting fed up with thick bases and I struggle to roll them thick enough. Have a great day everyone.

Starbuck ... Is that perhaps the ultimate comfort food?
Question Author
Have a great day, Rocky.
thats nice jan.... enjoy your lunch :)
Sunday dinner is truly dinner.

Roast Gammon, sprouts, parsnips, carrots, potatos

Not sure what the wine will be but likely a Ch Le Monteil D-Arsac.

Cheese and 2 year old Xmas pud to follow.

And some Sipsmith Gin to start, neat on the rocks, delish and well worth the investment, an XO of gin.
