i saw a full page advert for sharwoods tkka masala cooking sauce and i wondered if it would be worthwhile to try some of it (or some of the other sharwoods products) or just by pass it ccompletely,,,,,,

Sharwoods are good, can you source Pataks products in USA? they are better in my opinion.

For quickness I do buy Sharwoods but Lloyd Grossman are tastier
I find Pataks a bit sour - but it's personal taste
I always add a few bits to a Sharwoods sauce however, the Kung Po is excellent

I always go or Pataks or a curry, Sharwoods and Lloyd Grossman run a very close second.

I tried a Pataks Korma curry paste last week. It was the nearest thing to a takeaway curry I have tasted. Recommended!

i have found pataks thru on line vendors and thru amazon.com, no local vendors yet...will keep looking....thanks for all your help!!!!!!!
