Based on the cultural background of the people involved, I would go with Savanna Samson's wine.

She is (was? - not sure if they are together now) married to a wine merchant, and she is known as something of an expert on wines, as well as being a serious opera buff - she goes two or three times a week.

Of course, her 'day job' is a subject for another debate entirely!!!
