"A few of my favourite things" sung by a Senior Citizen!

Sinex and nosedrops and needles for knittin',
Walkers and handrails and new dental fitting,
Bundles of magazines tied up with string,
These are a few of my favourite things.
Walking sticks, cataracts, hearing aids, glasses,
Steradent, Fixodent, false teeth in glasses,
Pacemakers, golf carts and porches with swings,
These are a few of my favourite things.

When the pipes leak,
When the bones creak,
When the knees go sag,
Its then I remember my favourite things
and then I don't feel so bad

Hot tea and crumpets,
and corn pads for bunions,
No spicy hot food
and no food with onions,
Bathrobes and heat pads
and hot meals they bring,
These are a few of my favourite things.
Back pains,
confused brains,
and tablets called Quinine
Ear wax and gargles
and hair that is thinnin'.
And we won't mention cracked voices that sing
When we remember our favourite things.

When the joints ache,
When the hips break,
When the eyes grow dim,
ITS THEN I REMEMBER THE GREAT LIFE I'VE HAD
AND THEN I DON'T FEEL SOOO BAAAD ............... :))

Excellent! I worry about which of those I can see coming - part from the joint aches - got those already!!!

Don't worry Andy I have most of them ............ and life is not so bad (except for the aching knees which are a real pain!)
