Whenever i start up my mixer and start jammin on my moniter speakers it sounds clear. Then I give it a little bit it starts to sound raspy like the speakers are blown or messed up but i can hear that raspy sound in my headphones which are connected to the mixer not speakers! Which is the problem here the speakers or my mixer!

your mixer, if you can hear the rasping in your phones as well. Perhaps you are overloading them.
Check the wattage handling of the speakers. Sounds like jomifl is right.
