Planning a healthy sweet! I know I could put what ever I wanted into the salad but was wondering what others put in theirs and how do I make the juice/syrup part?

Melon, grapes, mango, kiwi, blueberries, pineapple. It makes it's own juice from the fruit
dissolve some sugar in a lottle water cool and add some fruit juice.
I always make a syrup from sugar and water and let it cool well. I may add a drop or several of cassis or cointreau and add lemon juice to stop apples and bananas from discolouration. Thoroughly enjoy adding a fresh pineapple for its texture.
Apple juice is good, not too sweet. Have you come across orange juice with lime? Lush.
^what vodka said.
A tin of pineapple in its juice is good to add juice to a fruit salad.

You can also add apple juise and orange juice from the containers of breakfast juice you can buy in supermarkets.
Place a punnet of raspberries and a punnet of blackberries in a saucepan with one tablespoon of hazelnut oil and two tablespoon of honey. Heat on lowest heat possible until the fruit is almost dissolved. Allow to cool and squeeze one pomegranate into the mix. Push through a sieve until all the liquid ( including thick puree ) passes through and discard the pips.

Pour over fresh cherries, strawberries and blueberries. Makes an excellent vegetarian starter too.
NoM that sounds absolutely delish!
It is, tenrec. I could live on it if I had enough time to make it freshly everyday!

i use lemonade! you can use sugar free too.yum!!
I always use a tin of pineapple chunck in own juice as a base. If you adding bananas, slice them in just before serving as they can go a bit black and mushy
I just cover in orange juice. If it's covered in juice it lasts for a few days in the fridge.
Elderflower cordial on summery fruit
Ginger cordial on winterfruit
Lemongrass cordial on exotics
I use a bottle (or however much you want) of Schloer apple juice. Also helps stop the apple chunks from turning brown. And tastes gorgeous.
