Chocolate brownies or pots

I really would love to make choco puddings where the middle is runny and gooey? It always goes wrong on tv chef programmes and they end up with choco sponge!?

Do you have a recipie?.

Aww evian i didnt take it that way at all!! Hehehehe..

Electric....our old one was elec but good....this one just dosent cut it for me....everything seems to take longer...but if anything its good for my judgement...u just adjust!

Maybe I'm just old fashioned, or maybe it's because when most of my recipies were written, there was no electricity....
We're having curried goat tonight. Never tried to cook it myself before, but the friend who gave me the recipe does a great version of it.....
