Ideas for leftover mincemeat

I still have loads of mincemeat left over from christmas. I have a mincemeat cake recipe but was wondering if anyone had any other ideas of how to use it up.

3 oz sugar
4 oz oats
8 oz flour
8 oz mincemeat

Also converted to a winter fruit chuney add a little vinegar, some smallish chunks of apple and pear and a chopped onion and some garam marsala and cook until fruit is just tender put back in clean jars and leave for about 2 weeks before eating
