Pork Chops recipe.

Have some lovely pork chops. Any suggestions of a different way to cook them.

If you have a slow cooker,why not do a hotpot with them? Layer in sliced onions and potatoes-followed by the pork chops,and finished with more potato and onion. Season well,add a small amount of stock,wine or tinned tomatoes,and leave to cook for several hours.

I often cook something like this, swapping the mushrooms for a chopped eating apple is good too.

Can't beat leeks and cider. If you have alittle cream that is nice too.

How about in sugar syrup with peaches, strawberries and double lard ?

Make a sticky marinade with mustard, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Smother the chops with it, leave them to stand for a while, then grill (quite slowly) until just cooked through - then turn the grill up to 'turbo' and flash them for a short while on each side.

Nice with risi and bisi (rice and peas).
