I always seem to do the same stuff - broc, cauli, cabbage on sunday lunch. Can anyone give me some inspiring alternatives?

Last week I roasted the cabbage & broc in soy sauce, mustard S&P - needless to say it didn't go down too well!

honey roast carrots
Sweet potatoes mashed with butter and a little nutmeg
hot beetroot in horseradish sauce
braised celery hearts or fennel
stir fried shredded spring cabbage with sesame seeds and ginger
What about Leeks possibly in a cheese sauce. My mum used to do culi cheese now & then as a change to plain cauli
Buttered leeks are nice.
I suspect the best inspiration is to stroll around the shop/supermarket and see what they have that you don't usually buy.

seet potatoes
we always have broccoli, carrots and green beans because they are the only 3 that everyone will eat!! I like lots of other veg but no one else in the house does!
Finely chop some brussels and stir fry them with some chilli flakes. I've bought sugar snap peas for a change tonight.
baby corn, pak choi,

finely chop carrots cabbage and leeks and strifry in butter with pepper, its lush

Red cabbage braised in port. Yummy

Finely shredded spring greens fried in olive oil, garlic and chilli
Green beans in olive oil and almonds
Peas, pancetta and mint
Kale, chilli and cashew nuts
Red cabbage and apple
Peppers, onions,mushrooms and fresh basil cooked very slowly in olive oil until caramalised
red cabbage, grated beetroot and onion slow cooked in the oven with a little white wine and butter

Creamed cabbage with shallot and pancetta..
Cheesy leeks-cook leeks in butter until soft-season,add cream,let bubble a bit,then throw in a good handful of strong grated cheddar. Stir until the cheese melts-serve immediately....great with burgers or roast salmon fillets
Roast Mediterranean veg-Courgettes,red onion,aubergines,plum tomatoes,peppers-with olive oil, garlic and basil
Celeriac roasties, or mashed celeriac
Parsnip puree
Cauli mash-with butter,cream and some Philly
Stirfried spring greens and shredded red peppers
Buttered spinach,or spinach with garlic and olive oil
Forgot to add - whole braised shallots
roast parsnips ...every time!
