I'm waiting in for a delivery from a company in Cornwall.

The company aims to deliver it to the customer within 24 hours of it being caught, according to their website. Does that sound too good to be true?

Anyone else bought seafood online? Were you impressed?

Hi Anne. I did a bit of research beforehand, looked up some reviews and all were positive, so it's looking good.
I've had similar (only sourced from the east coast rather than Cornwall) .. was very good :)

It's called 'Wing of St Mawes'. I'll let you know what I think later.

Well it's just been delivered (only ordered it yesterday morning) so that's impressive. Having a seafood platter for tea and will post a review later. :o)

For you Anne, I'll see what I can do. :o)

It's in a huge polystyrene (sp?) insulated box at the mo. I'll leave it in the box until teatime. When OH gets home from work we'll decide what we're snaffling and what we're freezing (if anything). :o)

Gotta say I was a bit disappointed with it. The lobster was chewy and tasted overcooked to me. Mind you, I think lobster is over-rated anyway. And some of it had definitely been frozen as it was still frozen when it reached me.
