lamb chops help!

how do i get them tender but nice and crispy too? is it possible?

it all depends how tender they were in the first place

Tender and crispy ? Isn't that a cotradiction ?

If you need things soft in the middle and crisp on the outside that implies shorter periods of higher heat to me.
Please ignore yet another typo :-(
that's very true owdy.

Slap 'em in tin foil parcels with a little oil/lard,shove them in the oven for 20-30 minutes depending upon their size then pop them under a hot gill to crisp up.
I grill them until the juices start to come to the surface, turn them over until the fat is crispy. That way they are lovely and pink in the middle and fat is crispy
