to make a pudding,banana bread and butter pudding.it says in the recipe i need 250 mls pouring cream,but i have only creme fresh and not enough,so can i just make it up with ordinary milk,as i just mix together,3 eggs,cream mashed bananas,what would you do
I wouldn't use creme fraiche as the acidity may make it curdle I make reduced fat bread and butter pudding with milk rather than cream not as nice but a lot healthier
