I've just found a bottle of muscle rub in the bathroom cabinet.

It contains extract of Rowan & Basil, can someone reassure me that Redman's real name isn't Basil? ;-)

Phew, I don't mind alternative therapies but that did seem a step too far ;-)

would be quite warming, but if you want to use it maybe dilute it with some moisturising lotion Basil can cause skin irritation if too concentrated. Rowan of course is gentle and soothing...

It could have been worse, there are definitely some ABer's whose extract I wouldn't want to find in my bathroom cabinet.....

My last cat was called Rowan and the current one is Basil. I'm a bit worried about this thread.
