bread without yeast

  Have a look at www.deliaonline.com  and search for bread.  There's pages of recipes but not all of them are for unleavened bread.

I'm lucky in that I can buy Irish soda bread, and mediterranean flat breads in packets.  I know some people might like baking it but for one person who eats little bread.... buying is better.
