Rowans meatloaf recipe : )

Made it last night Rowan,and it was delicious! The 3 of us hoovered up the whole thing, my son was even eating the cold crumbs off the board where I'd sliced it lol.
Only thing was that even though I has greased the loaf tin, the bottom did stick a bit and so didnt come out quite whole. Maybe I tried to take it out while it was too hot.
But it was delish! Thanku : )

ooh wheres the recipe smowball? if it stuck try lining the loaf tin with greaseproof paper...thats what i do and it turns out fine :)

Was sooo easy as well. Yes should have tried greaseproof - doh!

yes , your link did work. it looks great ( ie the recipe ) im assuming minced beef could be used.

Redman. Had a great night last week. Watched the peregrines at a city centre church...they were flying really low chasing pigeons. Then followed it up with several pints of TT Landlord...It doesn't get better than that:-)
