fantasy breakfast

my breakfast and lunch is sitting on the ktichen counter - i expect murph has eaten it by now

So i'm having a fantasy breakfast

greek yougurt with museli, fresh peaches & water melon
then bacon sarnie - fat cut off fresh crusty bread butter and a smidge of ketchup
proper coffee
orange and raspebrry juice

maybe a biccy or two and some sweeties

Barbecued sardines on a deserted beach in Sagre..Portugal

Buttermilk pancakes, maple syrup, strawberries and blueberries for my fantasy breakfast. The reality was wholegrain toast, homemade raspberry jam and a cup of tea.

Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs and I will also have some Champagne.

Today, a lightly toasted muffin, topped with wilted spinach, a piece of smoked haddock and finished with hollandaise.

Tomorrow, a toasted bagel thickly spread with cream cheese, topped with smoked salmon and a sprinkling of capers and a squeeze of lemon.

put something good on telly as you do it...that's what I do..getting it all out and started is the biggest hurdle for me !

A pile of bacon rolls fresh coffee... orange and carrot juice... and fresh from the oven mini danish pastries

lol don't think i could do booze at brekkie, unless i'm continuing an all nighter, then its a diff story :-)

oh yes i'm eating all this on a veranda overlooking a beautiful beach in the seychelles and once its all gone down i'm going snorkling

yes i forgot to pick it up before i left for work, i was having an umberella/murph fight and with trying to get out the house unscathed i forgot my poor brekkie/lunch :-(

still don't want booze, i shall after snorkling treat myself to an icecold bottle of tiger beer.
