What can you eat with Garlic and Coriander Naan bread apart from curry?

I do think the kebab idea is a good one, some cubed pork, lamb or chicken marinated in lemon juice and zest, some herbs thyme, oregano, parsley, rosemary, whatever you have in the cupboard or garden, a little garlic if you fancy, seasoning and a glug of olive oil. Leave for 30 mins min or as long as you like.
Cook in a hot frying pan with no additional oil and serve with the warmed naan, a crisp salad and if you are feeling brave and daring a yogurt dressing. The dressing is just plain yogurt with finely chopped mint, coriander or parsley a bit of crushed garlic (if you want) and some grated cucumber (if you fancy).

If ever I can afford someone to come and cook for me then I would have to choose Eccles but you know what I'm going to say about me being a plain eater and not liking spicy foods :-( but you make it sound really nice.
Also being on a diet I can't have cheese on it as the bread itself is quite high in calories and I was thinking of just putting it in the oven to warm then putting baked beans on it.
Boring I know, but I can't think of anything else I like apart from having it with a bowl of chicken soup.

Miss Prim, that is a very kind comment, I would love to cook for you - I love exposing people to new and previously thought 'scary' foods!
I did try to tone down my suggestions to focus on the flavour from herbs and citrus.
Out of interest is it chilli hot you don't like or the strong flavours from spices such as cumin or coriander???

I've never been 'adventurous' with food Eccles, always very plain, it's just the way I was brought up.
Naan bread isn't something I would buy as I only associate it with curry, but my daughter came round with the left over naan and asked if I could use it.
Again because of the time I was brought up, just after the war, I couldn't let her throw it away so said I would eat it.
Problem is of course I didn't know what I would have in my cupboards that I could have with it apart from a tin of soup and a tin of beans.

I love the fact that today the youngsters are brought up to try different types of food and they are able to eat the kind of foods that I find too hot because I was never acclimatised? to them so even the spices that are used in foods like sausages burn my mouth out.
Went for a curry with my family once and ordered Chicken Korma. I asked for it to be made as mild as possible but even then I was drinking water after every mouthful.
