Horse meat

I got an email from a friend who was just about to pop her dinner into the microwave. She sent a picture of her dinner - it looks like horse meat to me. What do you think?

I have two at home like this - maybe a bit larger. I really didn't know that you could put saddles on them. However attempting to put a saddle on them might result in injury to myself. :-)
