I have just made my work colleague a big greek salad and guess what I am having for tea?
Another greek salad - my friend is calling at 6 - she only returned from her hols yesterday and her daughter has moved abroad for a year so she is a bit fed up
Luckily I have Pimms in the fridge and I might get a bottle of Chardonnay too.
I have 994 calories left so I can go mad

just got fresh salmon from the towns fish market, after that i should be leaping about.

I have a friend coming to tea so we are having frozen pizza just so I can get more practice. Last week`s frozen pizza was a right disaster.

I've never thawed a pizza in my life and I've cooked plenty

Look here! I read the cook from frozen bit and I didn`t burn it. I just didn`t know I had to leave it on the tray thing under it. I have seen people putting them straight on the oven shelf...I`m sure. Well I think...

When I opened the oven door the blasted thing has woven itself in and out of the rungs.

I had to rescue it as I had guests so I scraped it out and plopped it on a plate.

It looked like a pepperoni infested concertina. :-(

I never normally use a pizza tray but I have to confess I have sometimes had that problem
I think it depends on the brand of pizza
Another tip I have is dominos deliver
